Travel and Accommodations Policy 

All athletes are responsible for their own transportation to and from all practices, games, performances, workshops, conventions and/or competitions unless otherwise planned and fundraised for.. In some cases, hotels will be provided for team members and their coaches too stay together in if we reach regionals.  This information will be provided at that time and dependent on fundraising.  Parents will be responsible for all their own hotel reservations and travel expenses to games and competitions.  Depending on what time your team Plays/Cheers at a game or competition, you may want to consider a hotel the night before.  We strongly recommend making sure you’re able to cancel any hotel reservations you make as we are not in control of game/competition schedules or changes. Families wanting to carpool should set up arrangements amongst themselves.
